These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and GO33 regarding the use of the online gaming platform operated under the domain go33.lv. This document should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and GO33.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, phone number, and residential address. Go33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your ID card or passport, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

• Exploiting bugs or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraud or falsification of information during registration, KYC, or any communication with GO33.

• Sharing account credentials or allowing another party to use your account.
• Any form of collusion between players to cheat the system, including collusive behaviour in card games.
• Disrupting or abusing customer support channels.

You have the right to close your go33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances must be withdrawn first.

The GO33 platform is provided "as is" and GO33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. GO33 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption; however, unforeseen technical disruptions may occur.

Go33 will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

However, this limitation of liability does not diminish users' rights with respect to consumer protection under applicable Malaysian law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through standard support channels within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory body or arbitration in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction.

All disputes will be governed by the applicable laws of GO33's operating jurisdiction. By using this platform, you agree to the stated jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal disputes that may arise.

Go33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the GO33 platform after any changes to the terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all eligible balances before the new terms come into force.
